Payment and shipping in the Czech Republic:

Payments for goods can be done in one of the following ways:

1. Cash, when picking up in person

2. Payment/cash upon delivery, with a shipping company

Only with the services: Zásilkovna, Česká pošta – balík do ruky, Česká pošta – balík na poštu 

3. Bank transfer to the account of the supplier

The supplier brings to the attention of the purchaser that the goods are expedited only after the amount is credited to the account of the supplier! If the order is not paid for within 7 working days, the order will be automatically canceled. Information for bank transfers in CZK: Name of the account: Grunsberg Diamonds, s.r.o. Bank account number : 1025211992/6100, registered with Equa Bank. The variable symbol is the order number.

Shipping

1. In person at the address of the company. For personal pickup it is necessary to order beforehand!

2. Using the delivery company: Czech Post

Česká Pošta Balík Do ruky – 129 CZK (payment upon delivery 60 CZK – 189 CZK)

Česká Pošta Balík Na poštu – 109 CZK (payment upon delivery 60 Kč –> 169 Kč)

Delivery of the parcel to the address set in the order. Payment possible through payment upon delivery or through transfer. 

3. Using the delivery company: Zásilkovna
